Shipping Info

All purchases are shipped out of Los Angeles. Orders placed Monday thru Friday will normally ship within 2-3 business days of order being placed. Purchases made Friday after 4:00pm PST, Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will normally be processed the next business day. If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email or phone.

Because of the additional custom work involved in our embroidery process, all personalized items take an additional 3-5 business days to ship.

Return Policy

Baby JaR takes great pride in their products and they are devoted in offering the highest quality merchandise.  If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your purchase or give you a store credit (shipping costs are excluded) within 21 days of purchase.  In order to process a return or exchange, all Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchange/Return guidelines

  • E-mail your exchange/return request to returns@babyjar.com.  Please let us know if you would like to exchange your merchandise or receive store credit.  If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for.  Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number in the e-mail.
  • Returns/exchanges must be processed within 21 days of purchase
  • Make sure to include a copy of the original invoice (if you received this as a gift, please let us know the name of the person who purchased the gift)

The items listed below are not eligible to be returned:

  • Items that have been personalized/monogrammed (unless defective)
  • items discounted for final sale
  • items purchased from one of our retail locations
  • items that have been washed or altered in any way

We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx.  We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address,

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Orders shipped outside California are not subject to sales tax.

Baby JaR Gift Certificates

Baby JaR offers gift certificates that can be purchased in the amounts of $25, $40, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150 and $200. They remain valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once we process your gift certificate order, it will be mailed out to the "ship to" address.  If the full amount is not used, a store credit will be issued for the remainder.
