RETURN POLICY:

Baby JaR takes great pride in our products and are devoted in offering the highest quality merchandise.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT www.babyjar.com:
If you are dissatisfied with purchase you made from www.babyjar.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt of purchase (excluding shipping costs).

All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment, and have all applicable tags still attached. Also, if one of our products has been personalized, monogrammed, or altered in any way, we cannot accept it for refund or exchange.

Please e-mail orders@babyjar.com for details and please have the following information included in your e-mail:

  • Order Invoice #. 
  • If you received your order as a gift, please let us know the name and address of the person who purchased the gift (for Gift Returns, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item returned.)

We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address.

The items listed below are not eligible to be returned:

  • Items that have been personalized/monogrammed (unless defective)
  • Items discounted for sale
  • Items purchased from one of our Retail Stores
  • Items that have been washed or altered in anyway

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RETAIL STORES / E-TAILERS:
If you purchased your baby JaR product from one of our retail stores or e-tailers, please contact the company you purchased from directly to process a return or exchange.
